Charity Rees and Lindsay Montgomery, co-founders of Aerial Fit2Fly, LLC, have been best friends for almost two decades.

Charity has suffered from degenerative back disease since her late twenties and had had two major back surgeries by the time she was 32. With those surgeries came many limitations on physical exercise and she struggled to find ways to stay active. Once she discovered the Bungee Workout™, she was hooked.

It offered a high intensity yet low impact form of exercise that is excellent for those suffering from poor joints and back pain. With that, the two stared exploring other forms of fun exercises that are geared towards people with these type of injuries. That is how Aerial Fit2Fly was formed.

Charity and Lindsay are Qualified Aerial Yoga and Bungee Workout Personal Trainers.

I’m Charity Lynn Rees, mother of 2 wonderful boys. I’ve been a cosmetologist for 10 years and cosmetology educator for 5 years. I suffer with degenerative disc disease but have refused to let it keep me from doing what I love in life. I’m grateful to have found fun, exciting forms of exercise that keep me fit without pain! I’m the first certified bungee instructor in the state of IN. I am also certified in group fitness, and aerobics. I’m a ketogenic coach, and have lived a ketogenic lifestyle for 2 years now! I’ve overcome physical challenges and obesity and my passion now is helping others do the same!

Lindsay Montgomery has worked as a Registered Nurse for the past 8 years. Currently she is a labor and delivery nurse at St. Vincent’s Anderson Hospital. She has 10 years of competitive gymnastics and 4 years of collegiate cheerleading experience. Lindsay is a certified Yoga Trapeze Teacher and has 1 year of aerial silks practice. Her hobbies include hiking, camping, scuba diving, riding her fiancé’s motorcycle and travel. Come join her on the yoga trapeze or in a silks class!

Brittney Landrum is a retired Dental Assistant that decided to create her own schedule! She is a heath, wellness and fitness fanatic that knows leaving comfort zones lead to exciting places! She is a Mommy of two, wife and business owner! Her hobbies include anything family related which also happens to be the reason she does what she does! Baseball with Ty, dress up with Zella and day dates with Matt are a few of her favorite things! She loves meeting new people and helping them become an even better version of themselves!  Brittney is a certified Rev Fit instructor.

Restrictions for Bungee Workout include any kind of stomach surgery, C-section, tummy tuck, etc. You must wait six months post surgery before taking a bungee class.
